Four hundred years ago, the Chihkan area was prosperous in trade and commerce, from Zhongyi Road to the east, Ximen Road to the west, Gonghou Street to the north, Chenggong Road to the north, and Minsheng Road to the south.
Local residents jointly initiated the organization of the Chichenpengpai Business District Development Association to reproduce the glory of the past.

"Chih Kan Peng Pai" is taken from the Taiwanese voice "Zhenggang Peng Pai". There are a number of Michelin-rated places in the business district with a total of 11 stars, first-class historical sites and tourist attractions, century-old shops and historical districts. Various snacks and bars are gathered here. It is a must-visit key district when you come to Fucheng.
